This is a intense workout to shape your glutes. We know how stubborn that kind of fat can be. So stay with us to intensify your workout.
In the first week you are becoming familiar with the movements. You will notice there are 2-3 days of lower body training and 2
days with cardio focus and a variation with other muscle groups. These will complement the lower body work and will not burn the
muscle you build. It is very important that you do not add and steady state cardio (particularly long distance running) as it will
reduce the size of your muscles, especially your “glutes”.
